In the third part of a series on how he is creating a sculpture, Kevin explains how to fabricate repeatable pieces by creating a jig using his cutting table, scrap metal, pivot pins (center punches) and a sweeper arm to make the inner, triangle shaped supports on the sculpture Wherever You Go, There You Are. He shows how to build the jig, then “makes some sparks,” cutting out a support with his plasma cutter.
