With wood burning becoming urban history, many new fireplaces are run with gas.
So, what if, instead of putting the requisite fake logs in them, you celebrated the gas power?
That’s the thinking behind Venezia.
The burner is embedded in the fire sculpture and thus goes through the layers, alighting the cityscape. The metal reflects heat into the room.
