Commissioned as a gift for musician Janet Green, Bring in the Clown Fish speaks to her love of fish and her profession.
This sculpture features the amazing clown fish, the only fish that lives in the ocean in harmony with sea anemones. The anemones’ poisonous tentacles keep other sea creatures away, but clown fish are entirely comfortable in the sea anemones’ otherwise threatening arms.
By “plinking” the sculpture’s spines, Janet found music within it.
