Kevin continues to work on Hands On, his public art commission for the city of Avondale, Arizona. With the trunk of the tree now standing, he turns to the crown. Kevin uses a recycled steel disk and his hydraulic pipe bender to build the branches where he can reach them, and shows how he’ll attach the branches, then secure it in the top of the tree’s trunk.
